We're looking to hire a Customer Care Maintenance Operative for our housing client, to be based in the East Midlands.Key Job Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, aiming for first-point resolution for all customer inquiries.- Conduct multi-trade remedial work to meet quality standards.- Obtain customer/client sign-off to confirm completion of work to the required standards.- Efficiently plan and assign tasks to meet customer needs while optimizing time and resources.- Perform responsive remedial repairs based on instructions, including drawings and sketches.- Safeguard work areas to prevent damage during remedial activities.- Identify and report any issues or risks promptly.- Maintain company vehicle and assigned equipment in good condition.- Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment.The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of construction with essential skills in carpentry, patch plastering, silicone application, and decorating.You will have proven experience of working in a similar role for a minimum of 4 years
