As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Your activities include making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is your responsibility to establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction. You may also participate in planning and executing children's competitions and other special events organized by your restaurant.
