As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in the customer areas. Your activities will include welcoming children, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who can work in our fast-paced, energetic environment, with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers to make them feel valued.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behavior should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. The ability to work efficiently and maintain high energy levels is also required.
