Job Role: As a Customer Care Executive, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, using your excellent communication skills to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails. You’ll resolve customer queries effectively and professionally, ensuring every customer receives a positive experience to encourage repeat bookings. You’ll also manage documentation, booking queries, flight amendments, and crisis support where needed.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

  • Travel industry experience
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced office
  • GCSE English and Maths: Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
