A leading company in healthcare services seeks a Customer Care Coordinator for their Worcester office. In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellent customer service. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage detailed care processes while making a significant impact on service user well-being.
Customer Care Coordinator
Office Working full time: Worcester
Temp to Perm position
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours: 41.5 hours a week - Monday-Friday with alternating weekend work days.
2 x weeks - 7am to 4pm
Then following 2 x week - 1pm to 10pm
(Repeat)
DBS Check to be conducted if successful
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients accessing the service, handling calls from service users, family members, and healthcare professionals. You will ensure that service users' queries are handled in accordance with their support plan. If you have the desire and passion to provide excellent customer service, this may be the role for you!
