What is the role?

The Customer Care Coordinator communicates with customers, site managers, maintenance operatives, and contractors to gather information about any issues, record details accurately, and coordinate prompt resolution by arranging appointments, labor, and parts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support homeowners effectively
• Handle communications regarding defects professionally and promptly, following policies
• Collaborate with departments like Construction, Sales, Surveying, and Technical to meet KPIs
• Respond to homeowner inquiries per company guidelines
• Issue work orders and monitor progress to completion
• Ensure compliance with the Group's HS&E Policy
• Perform general administrative duties

What experience do I need?

• Previous Customer Care experience in a busy environment
• Housing or construction industry experience is a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and proactively solve problems
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of COINS is advantageous but not required
