Overview

Customer Care Coordinator, North Leicester. Temporary, ongoing (potential Temp to Perm). £15.38 per hour. Full-time, office-based (08:30 - 17:00).

The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a respected construction company in their search for an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join their busy Customer Service team. This position plays a key role in supporting clients and ensuring that completed projects meet high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with company standards and policies.
  • Manage and respond to client queries, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution.
  • Support the implementation of the company\'s Customer Care processes and procedures.
  • Monitor the Customer Care inbox, log and action emails, and maintain detailed records.
  • Liaise with site teams and subcontractors to coordinate remedial works.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with progress notes.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering materials, and raising purchase orders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager and wider team.
