About the Role:

Join a leading industry developer renowned for excellence and innovation. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Customer Service Executive and team, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary contact for customer telephone inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
2. Support the Customer Service Executive and team with administrative duties, including raising site instructions and processing invoices.
3. Log, update, and close defects using our C360 system, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
4. Maintain accurate records to facilitate cost recovery from contractors and ensure compliance with company procedures.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in using CRM systems, preferably C360.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
