Customer Team Member Location: Cathedral Square, Dornoch, IV25 3SJ Pay: £12.30 per hour Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings from 6am, afternoons, late evenings until 10pm, and weekends, to be discussed at interview.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll provide great service on the tills and shop floor, and perform tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages. We focus on fairness and support for our colleagues’ wellbeing and life events.

What you'll do

• Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and promoting Co-op products and Membership
• Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
• Ensure store safety and legality, including stock levels, pricing, and temperature controls
• Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues
• Support community involvement and activities
