Job Description

As a member of the Customer Care team at McDonald's Five Lane Ends, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences for all customers. You'll be responsible for addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Your primary objective will be to uphold McDonald's commitment to delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves working various shifts including mornings, days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 7am and finishing as late as 1am.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Answer enquiries regarding menu items, promotions, and pricing.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, paying attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions, maintaining accuracy.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area and service stations.
  • Restock condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
  • Follow sanitation and hygiene protocols according to McDonald's standards.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
