As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring smooth operations in customer areas, making children feel welcomed, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We seek someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and to make them feel valued.

This position is based in our newly opened Magherafelt Restaurant. Training and development will occur at our Antrim and Ballymena Restaurants before opening. Access to personal transport is desirable.
