She can answer questions, guide you through application steps, arrange interviews, provide timely updates, and help you find what you need. While Olivia cannot make hiring decisions, she helps keep your recruitment journey smooth and accessible.
Before we can employ you, we are required to verify your eligibility to work in the UK & Ireland. Acceptable documents to evidence your right to work can be found here. You’ll need to provide original documents such as a valid passport or a valid UK/Ireland visa (with a college letter listing term dates, where applicable). Only original documents will be accepted.
The interview is an absolutely vital part of our hiring process. The interview will normally involve questions around values and attitudes and will allow you to demonstrate why you’re suitable for the job. We may ask for examples of times you have worked as part of a team and how you contributed to that team. We hire for attitudes and behaviours that deliver a great customer and colleague experience.

Pay frequency varies by role and location. Typically, hourly employees are paid every 2 or 4 weeks, and salaried employees are paid monthly. Shifts vary by location, with many restaurants open 24 hours. Shifts are scheduled to suit you while meeting business needs.
Uniforms are provided for staff, so you don’t need to worry about what to wear.
