Customer Care Agent – Key Accounts

Mid Kent

Fully Office Based

We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Agent to join our clients growing team, supporting and working closely with a designated Key Account Manager (KAM). You'll be the go-to contact for customer enquiries, order management, and admin support whilst ensure smooth day-to-day operations and top-tier service.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with different teams to handle customer enquiries and help with sales admin for our Customer Care, Key Account, and National Account teams.
  • Take ownership of your accounts and give strong support to your Key Account Manager.
  • Enter and manage sales orders, resolve issues quickly, and update order timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve problems and keep customers happy.
  • Use systems like CRM, Power BI, and order portals to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Communicate updates and escalate issues when needed.
  • Share feedback to help improve customer service and processes.

About You:

  • Experience in customer service, admin or sales support (ideally B2B)
  • Confident, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Great under pressure and can manage a busy workload
  • Comfortable using Excel and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk)
  • Positive attitude, team player, and always ready to take initiative
