Provide exceptional customer service in support of safer roads.

Join the Road Safety Unit as a Customer Care Advisor where you will respond to queries from internal and external customers relating to roles carried out by the team and use your expertise to offer advice and guidance through multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage information held on computer systems regarding camera offences.
  • Address queries from a range of customers including confrontational and sensitive matters.
  • Conduct initial investigations into related offences produced from notices issued.

The must haves

  • Previous work using windows computer systems to record and evaluate data accurately.
  • Decision-making skills and using initiative to resolve issues.
  • Excellent customer services skills and supporting others as an effective team member.
