Based: Bury, Manchester

Annual Salary: £24,570 per annum

Level: Level 3 Business Admin Qualification

Duration: 18 months + EPA

Role Overview

As a Loreal Customer Care Apprentice, your main role will be to communicate with and offer an exceptional standard of service to our 10,000 salon customers via multiple channels such as email, live chat, and telephone. L’Oréal Professional Products continually evolves, adopting an always-on feedback approach, which may involve adding or removing channels based on customer needs. You will learn how to deliver exceptional service through speed and accuracy, providing expert responses while being supported through mentorship and coaching programs. You will also develop your personal learning through various platforms and have regular support meetings with your Customer Care Manager.

Responsibilities
  1. Learn to provide optimal service to salon customers to achieve first contact resolution within SLA.
  2. Handle multiple contacts simultaneously with high accuracy and knowledge, ensuring positive customer experiences through proactive follow-up.
  3. Become an expert on all customer touchpoints within L’Oréal Professional Products to answer questions accurately and communicate clearly.
  4. Identify and implement opportunities to improve departmental efficiency and customer service.
  5. Drive NPS scores by acting on customer feedback and supporting continuous improvement.
  6. Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating at all levels.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Strong attention to detail skills.
  2. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
  3. Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  4. Strong prioritization and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  5. Ability to challenge current ways of working and seek continuous improvement.
  6. Experience with SAP is advantageous but not essential.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
Eligibility
  1. You must NOT have already obtained a degree.
  2. Eligible to work in the UK.
  3. GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4) or equivalent.
  4. Achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in other courses.
