L'Oréal is seeking a Customer Care Apprentice to provide exceptional service to salon customers. This 18-month apprenticeship will equip you with skills in customer interaction through various channels, supported by mentorship. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude, with GCSEs in English and Maths.
Start Dates: September 2025
Annual Salary: £24,570 per annum
Level: Level 3 Business Admin Qualification
Duration: 18 months + EPA

As a Loreal Customer Care Apprentice, your main role will be to communicate with and offer an exceptional standard of service to our 10,000 salon customers via multiple channels such as email, live chat, and telephone. L’Oréal Professional Products continually evolves, adopting an always-on feedback approach, which may involve adding or removing channels based on customer needs. You will learn how to deliver exceptional service through speed and accuracy, providing expert responses while being supported through mentorship and coaching programs. You will also develop your personal learning through various platforms and have regular support meetings with your Customer Care Manager.
