Description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support members with inquiries related to the healthcare services offered by the organization.

Your main responsibilities include corresponding with customers mainly over the phone, ensuring each query is handled with care and support, processing claims, and managing transactions from start to finish to provide a seamless experience.
