Job description

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves:

  1. Actively listening, communicating, and understanding customer needs to build effective and sustainable relationships.
  2. Maintaining a consistent and professional approach with all customers.
  3. Navigating our systems effectively to answer customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  4. Reviewing and digesting communication sources to maximize knowledge and skills.
  5. Taking ownership of personal development for continual improvement.
  6. Ensuring customer records are accurate, current, and confidential.
  7. Adhering to compliance rules related to our business, including self-exclusion, reinstatements, and breach protocols.

Additional Information

Our operation runs on a shift basis to cover store hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm
  • Sunday: 9:30 am to 9:30 pm

All applicants must be available to work these shifts. The schedule is on a weekly rota basis.
