We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves:
- Actively listening, communicating, and understanding customer needs to build effective and sustainable relationships.
- Maintaining a consistent and professional approach with all customers.
- Navigating our systems effectively to answer customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Reviewing and digesting communication sources to maximize knowledge and skills.
- Taking ownership of personal development for continual improvement.
- Ensuring customer records are accurate, current, and confidential.
- Adhering to compliance rules related to our business, including self-exclusion, reinstatements, and breach protocols.

Additional Information
Our operation runs on a shift basis to cover store hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm
- Sunday: 9:30 am to 9:30 pm
All applicants must be available to work these shifts. The schedule is on a weekly rota basis.
