About the Role:

The Customer Care Advisor manages external and internal customer queries promptly to achieve total customer satisfaction. This involves liaising with other departments to obtain information and provide support to customers. The role primarily supports specific territory accounts but also covers for team members' territories during their absence.

Qualifications
  • You’ll be a flexible, reliable, and proactive individual with a mature attitude, confident computer skills, and the ability to multi-task and problem-solve.
  • You’ll have excellent telephone manners and feel comfortable initiating and receiving calls.
  • You’ll have proven customer care/service experience, preferably in a technical sales or service environment.
  • You’ll have experience working in a fast-paced customer service setting.
  • You’ll be proficient in English and ideally fluent in Spanish, Italian, French, or German, both written and spoken.
  • You’ll be able to interpret complex information and make informed decisions benefiting both the customer and the company.
  • You’ll be confident managing CRM systems.
  • You’ll be an experienced user of Microsoft Office and preferably Microsoft D365.
  • You’ll enjoy working independently with minimal support and as part of the customer care team.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage in outbound calls to follow up on critical business and customer satisfaction needs, including end-of-rental and post-shipment activities.
  • Coordinate with couriers and check courier reports to ensure timely deliveries and collections.
  • Handle all customer service inquiries, providing information to maintain high satisfaction levels, including delivery, collection, technical queries, and rental extensions.
  • Collaborate with billing, technical support, and logistics teams; document cases clearly and resolve issues promptly according to KPIs.
  • Manage cases efficiently, keeping them updated and scheduled for future follow-up, avoiding outdated deadlines.
  • Handle phone calls confidently, resolve issues, and foster strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely case management, engaging with customers throughout the process.
  • Work as part of the customer care team to deliver high-quality service, following company procedures and using initiative where appropriate.
