Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as Customer Service Representative in our fast-growing company. This highly varied role will place you at the centre point of our business, where you will provide support to both the team and our customers. Working across 4 brands, the role offers new challenges every day and is constantly evolving.


As a Customer Service Representative, you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service and plan to ensure opportunities and support for the sales team. Working primarily with the sales and dispatch team, you will be an integral part of how we communicate with customers.


Primary Role:
  • Provides world-class customer service, creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience through personalised service.
  • Providing an outstanding level of service and developing productive and trusting relationships with our customers.
  • Maintaining and developing your knowledge and awareness of the products and services we offer.
  • Carrying out system and process administration to make sure that all customer records are up to date.
  • Speaking to customers by phone and resolving queries on a range of queries from product questions to delivery timelines.

The skills you'll need:
  • This might be the right role for you if you already have good customer service experience; some experience in dealing with retail customers would be an advantage, but isn't essential. We'll be looking for:
  • A commitment to focusing on your customer first and foremost.
  • The enthusiasm to learn and develop your expertise in this area.
  • Great communication skills, including the ability to adapt to different kinds of customers.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, and computer literacy.
  • A self-motivated approach, and the ability to work productively as part of a team.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, between 8.30 am and 5 pm.


Salary And Benefits:
  • £24,000.
