Description

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance predominately over the telephone.

The role will involve assisting clients with a variety of queries; each call will be unique and will involve discussing the appropriate legal services to best suit the client's requirements.

You will build excellent relationships, have consultative conversations, and deal with the client's claim from start to finish, ensuring they have the best journey and experience possible.
