Customer Care Advisor - Animed
As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring prescription accuracy during our Saturday and Sunday operations. While some phone coverage may be required—particularly on Saturday morning—the primary focus of this role will be on prescription administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
Saturday & Sunday shifts, with a mix of phone support (Saturday AM) and off-phone prescription tasks.
