Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking upbeat Customer Care team members in Stirling to deliver excellent hospitality and friendly service. You’ll support a clean, welcoming space, greet guests warmly, and assist with queries while working shifts across afternoons and evenings.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Afternoons and Evenings. Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

What does a day as a Customer Care look like?

As Customer Care, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you’re maintaining cleanliness, welcoming a customer with a smile or supporting a query, you’ll make sure every visit is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:
