Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Customer Care team member to be the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service, maintaining cleanliness, and handling customer queries with a positive approach. You will help create memorable visits and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Availability across weekdays and weekends with shifts including early mornings, afternoons and evenings is essential.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. What does a day as a Customer Care look like?

As Customer Care, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you’re maintaining cleanliness, welcoming a customer with a smile or supporting a query, you’ll make sure every visit is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:
