McDonald’s is looking for a Customer Care team member in Doncaster to deliver a friendly and efficient guest experience. You’ll help maintain cleanliness, greet customers with a smile and respond to queries, ensuring every visit feels welcoming and positive.

The role requires flexibility across weekdays and weekends with shifts in mornings, afternoons and evenings. Full training is provided, no prior experience needed, and you’ll be part of a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires availability to work shifts across various days and times. To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons & Evenings. What does a day as a Customer Care look like?

As Customer Care, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a vital role in delivering a great customer experience. Whether you’re maintaining cleanliness, welcoming a customer with a smile or supporting a query, you’ll make sure every visit is a positive one. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high standards of hospitality and cleanliness

This is a customer facing role that requires enthusiasm, reliability, and a clear commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
