Can you ‘MAKE IT HAPPEN’?

To support the Council’s drive to become Council of the Future we are now looking to appoint on a permanent basis a part-time dynamic and enthusiastic Customer & Business Support Officer who will enjoy working in an environment of continuous change and improvement.

You will be educated to SVQ level 3 or equivalent, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude, the drive to ‘make it happen’ in a busy working environment delivering a high quality responsive Customer & Business support service across a diverse range of services.

You will have the ability to minute complex multi-agency meetings transcribing these accurately and timeously to meet statutory timescales. Meetings and associated data will be of a highly sensitive nature. You will be involved in attending and minuting a high volume of complex statutory review meetings on a weekly basis and high profile or high risk offenders within Justice Services.

You will have sound communication, planning and organisation skills, and must be able to work to deadlines within busy teams ensuring excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

You will have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and data protection legislation requirements with highly developed I.T. skills.

You will have knowledge of Local Authority services.

You will work 18.5 hours per week.
