Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Trading Customer Assistant, you could be serving customers at checkouts, replenishing stock, checking dates on fresh produce and grocery products, and helping unload deliveries. No retail experience is necessary. With our bespoke training, you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience.
We offer both part-time and full-time positions, as well as day and night contracts. We will discuss your preferred availability during the interview process.
