£12.30 per hour

As a Customer Assistant, you will naturally excel in customer service, and with our bespoke training, you will become an expert in providing a warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
Your day will involve various tasks, including checking stock, maintaining records, and ensuring health & safety and food hygiene standards. The main focus is on delivering an exceptional shopping experience, as customer satisfaction is our priority.
No retail experience is necessary; we seek warm, friendly, hardworking, and innovative individuals who can shine in front of customers and work well within a close-knit team.
