Booths Garstang Cafe is hiring a Customer Assistant Specialist to join our friendly team. The role involves supporting in the kitchen or Front of House, serving customers, and keeping the dining area clean.

Full training is provided; you’ll join a family-run business famed for a warm northern welcome. Weekend work is a requirement; 18+ and flexible contracts available; competitive hourly rate and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required; full bespoke training provided.
• Customer-focused delivery of service in cafe and front-of-house environments.
• Ability to work weekends and late shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Support in kitchen and/or front-of-house to prepare and serve items.
• Provide beverage service and maintain cleanliness in dining area.
• Deliver a warm, Northern welcome to customers and ensure a magical shopping experience.

Rate:£12.80

Location:Garstang,Park Hill Road, Garstang, Preston PR3 1EF

Hours:Various contracts available ranging from 7.5 hours - 22.5 hours per week

ContractType: Permanent

Closing date: 05/09/26

Working pattern:

This is a role for anyone 18+ years or over.

Working a weekend day every week is required

Working a minimum of 1 late night (18:00pm) per week is required

Job Description,Cafe:

As a member of our Café team you could be supporting in the kitchen making items from the menu or working as part of the Front of House team making beverages, serving customers or keeping on top of cleanliness within the dining area.

You don't need retail experience to join our family. As with our with our bespoke training you will become an expert in delighting our customers with our warm northern welcome and creating a magical shopping experience for our customers.
