The Role

Our customers will be your main focus, and everything you do will be with their shopping experience in mind. As a Specialist Customer Assistant, you could be working in two main areas of the store:

1. Counters: Working with a variety of meat, fish, and dairy products. This role involves high customer interaction, so a friendly, polite, and approachable manner is essential.
2. Café: Supporting in the kitchen by preparing menu items, or working as part of the Front of House team by making beverages, serving customers, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

No prior retail experience is necessary. With our bespoke training, you will become an expert in providing a warm northern welcome and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Working Pattern

Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Roles will require a minimum of one weekend shift per week.

Salary

• 21 and over: £12.30
• Under 18: £9.80
• 18–20 years: £10.30
