Summary

£12.75 - £13.65 per hour | 4 to 16 hour contract | Various shifts | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to operating tills, you’ll stay active, support the store's success, and keep things engaging. You’ll take pride in maintaining a clean, tidy, and organized environment, working closely with colleagues and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a benefits package to support your well-being and personal life.

What you'll do

1. Help customers with questions, queries, and requests, becoming a Lidl expert.
2. Work efficiently with deliveries arriving in store.
3. Provide excellent customer service passionately.
4. Keep the bakery stocked by baking fresh goods.
5. Merchandise and maintain the middle aisles of Non-Food products.
