Job summary

Morrisons in Maidstone is looking for friendly, customer-focused people to join our store team and help customers as they shop, with roles across the shop floor. You’ll be trained to support various parts of the store and to work in a fast-paced, structured environment to keep things running smoothly for customers.

We value teamwork, a proactive attitude, and reliability; no prior experience is required beyond a willingness to learn and engage with customers daily.

Qualifications

• Helpful and friendly approach.
• Enjoys staying active and being hands-on.
• Works well in a busy, structured environment.
• Comfortable using equipment safely and following processes.
• Loves to help support our customers and resolve their queries.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers across the store and support checkout areas.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance and stock levels.
• Follow store procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
