Sainsbury's Limited in Worcester is seeking a part-time Night Shift Associate to support store operations overnight. You will pack shelves, move stock, and ensure clean aisles and an organized shopfloor.

The role requires the ability to work nights and handle physical tasks, with training for digital systems and store equipment. The position is fixed-term until 2 January 2027, offering a rate of £13.23 per hour and a nightshift premium where applicable.

What you’ll be doing

• Getting the store ready for the day ahead by filling shelves, working at a good steady pace throughout the night and being prepared to work with a variety of product types
• Keeping your workspace tidy for other colleagues and making sure our aisles are clean, presentable and ready for our customers the next day
• Collecting and moving stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor, including heavy equipment and containers
• Working across different parts of the store, which could include chilled and frozen areas
• Using equipment, handsets and digital systems to complete your work accurately and safely
• Helping in other areas when needed, which could include picking online orders or serving customers at checkouts once you’re trained and confident
