The Role You’ll Play

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
- Build rapport and relationships with Customers
- Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, kitchen, and general housekeeping, ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
- Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues across all channels: online, in-club, and live
The Winning Combination We’re Looking For
- Experience in delivering first-class, personalized customer service in face-to-face roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or leisure environments
- Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations
- Experience handling cash and basic numeracy skills
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and ensure all Customers follow company policies and standards
