Summary

£12.75 - £13.65 per hour | 20-30 hour contract |

Join us for a Lidl meet and greet session before your guaranteed interview! We are holding a Recruitment Day on 4th June 2025 at Lidl, Burtonwood Road, Warrington, WA5 3ZT. We’re hiring Customer Assistants, with pay ranging from £12.75 to £13.65 per hour.

The recruitment day runs from 10am to 3pm and will include face-to-face interviews. Please bring the following documents:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK documentation
  • Bank details (your name must be on the account)
  • National Insurance Card or number
  • P45 form from your previous employer
  • Dates of pre-booked holidays
  • Proof of address (e.g., driving license, Council tax bill)

As a Lidl Customer Assistant, your shifts will vary, involving tasks like restocking shelves, operating tills, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and may specialize in areas like Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery.

We offer a competitive salary with additional pay for bank holidays (£2.00/hour) and night shifts (£3.50/hour), along with benefits supporting your well-being. We pride ourselves on diversity, security, and growth, providing training to help you succeed.

Store recruitment days take about 1 hour, including an interview. Remember to bring your right to work documentation, such as your passport or share code.
