  2. Starting from £12.75 per hour | 20 to 30 hour contract | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

  4. As a Lidl Customer Assistant, no two shifts are the same. From restocking shelves to jumping on tills, you’ll keep moving, keep business booming, and never be bored. You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy, and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues, and ensuring every customer receives the service they deserve.
  5. In return, we offer a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, along with a generous benefits package supporting your well-being and life outside Lidl.

  11. Proactively keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods
  12. Merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products

  16. Flexibility to start early or finish late shifts
  17. A positive attitude towards changing priorities
