Job description

This is a temporary vacancy working 20 hours per week.

Schedule:
Sun: 0600-1000
Tue: 0400-0800
Wed: 0400-0800
Fri: 0400-0800
Sat: 0400-0800

Note: Due to the early morning start times of this role, you will need to be over 18.

Compensation: An unsocial premium payment of £3.00 p/h is paid between the hours of 22.00-06.00.

Purpose:

To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, we are looking for colleagues who put customers before tasks every time while championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points.
  2. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
  3. Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
  4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to the store.
  5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
  6. Utilize all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
