Job summary

Lidl GB is hiring a Customer Assistant for a 35-hour contract across our North East stores. The role offers an hourly rate of £13.45–£14.45, with enhanced pay for bank holidays and night shifts, and a benefits package including holiday and pension.

You'll be on the shop floor, restocking, serving customers at tills, and keeping the store clean and organised. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude to deliver great customer service daily.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store
• Passionately provide excellent customer service
• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products
