Sainsbury's in-store team members play a vital role during peak festive periods and everyday shopping. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service, stock shelves, assist customers, and use digital tools to improve the shopping experience.

We welcome flexibility to work across the store, a team‑oriented spirit, and a proactive approach to learning about products, promotions and processes. There are permanent and fixed-term opportunities to suit different availabilities.

• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
