Job summary

Lidl GB is opening a brand-new store in 2027. You’ll join as a Customer Assistant and gain hands-on experience in a busy retail environment, training in nearby Lidl stores ahead of launch. Progression paths could lead to roles such as Freshness, Non-Food or Bakery Specialist, supported by strong training and development.

• Be a Lidl expert, helping our customers with their questions, queries and requests
• Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store

• Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods
• Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non‑Food products
