Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer Assistant to help run our stores smoothly by delivering energetic, friendly service and strong teamwork. You’ll support shelf filling, order picking, serving customers and promoting products in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be dedicated to customer satisfaction, able to adapt to various store tasks, and comfortable using digital tools to enhance shopper experience. Training and development opportunities are available.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
