Responsibilities

• What You’ll Be Doing: Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most—filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and moving heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
