Sainsbury's is hiring for store roles in the United Kingdom. You will help customers, stock shelves, pick orders, and operate digital tools to enhance service. You’ll move stock, keep displays tidy, and learn products, services and promotions to confidently recommend them to shoppers.

The role supports a fast-paced, high-energy environment with strong teamwork and flexibility across shifts. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
