Job summary

Lidl GB in Thurso is seeking a Customer Assistant to support busy store operations. You’ll restock shelves, work on tills, and ensure customers receive friendly, efficient service across various shifts.

The role offers £13.45–£14.45 per hour for 16–25 hours weekly, 30–35 days’ pro rata holiday, a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, enhanced family leave, and long service rewards, with chances to grow within Lidl.

You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy and organised, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
