Sainsbury's in Poole is hiring store colleagues to help customers, stock shelves, pick orders, serve customers, and promote products during busy periods. You’ll use digital tools to assist customers and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

We value friendliness, teamwork, flexibility, and a proactive attitude, with training provided. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, physical environment and wants to grow within a large retailer.

Working in our stores

Our stores are at their busiest during the festive season, when customers are counting on us to help make this magical time of year truly special. What You’ll Be Doing

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
