A retail company in the North East is seeking a Customer Team Member to provide outstanding service on the shop floor and at the tills. The role includes re-stocking shelves, supporting team colleagues, and ensuring store compliance. Candidates should have great people skills and a positive approach to changes. This part-time position offers £12.60 per hour with various shift patterns and numerous benefits.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team that's dedicated to helping our customers. We'll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re‑stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5.45am), afternoons, late evenings (10.15pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team member at Co‑op, as it requires working before 6am or after 10pm.
