Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team
- Build rapport and relationships with customers
- Be flexible across all areas of the Club, including front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area, and kitchen, as well as general housekeeping and maintaining high standards of presentation
- Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
- Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all customers and colleagues across all channels: online, in-club, and live
The Winning Combination We're Looking For
- Experience delivering first-class, personalized customer service in face-to-face roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or leisure environments
- Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations
- Experience handling cash and basic numeracy skills
- Confidence to challenge the status quo and ensure all customers follow company policies and standards
