Bada Bingo in Motherwell is hiring a Customer Assistant on a 16-hour contract with full flexibility across 7 days, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to support our kitchen as part of the role, so a willingness to work in the kitchen is essential.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering top‑quality service. As part of the team you’ll build rapport with customers, assist across front of house, sales, and club areas, and help keep the venue clean

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy.
• Willingness to work in the kitchen as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house to kitchen and housekeeping.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues.

Join us as a Customer Assistant in our MotherwellClub offering a 16hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days, including evenings and weekends.As part of the role, you will be required to support our kitchen, so a willingness to work in the kitchen is essential.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including, general housekeeping throughout the Club, checking the toilets and ensuring presentation is always to a high standard
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

The Winning Combination We’re Looking For

• Experience in delivering first class, personalised customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail or leisure environment
• Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations when necessary
• Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
• You are confident at challenging the way things are done and can make sure all Customers follow our company policies and standards
