Sainsbury’s Group is looking for friendly, customer-focused colleagues to join our store teams in London. You’ll help customers, move stock, and use digital tools to improve service.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
• You must be above the school-leaver age in your country
• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• A committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together
• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges
• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service
• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better
• Working hours: Monday: 04:00 - 08:00, Tuesday: 04:00 - 08:00, Wednesday: 04:00 - 08:00, Friday: 04:00 - 08:00
