Sainsbury’s Group is hiring across our UK stores. Join our team to help customers, stock shelves, assist with orders, and provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience. You’ll use digital tools to enhance service and may work across different areas as needed.

Job description

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service

• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products

• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience

• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location

• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers

  You must be above the school-leaver age in your country School leaving age - GOV.UK

• You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK, A committed team player, always willing to support colleagues and work together

• Flexibility and willingness to work across the store and take on new challenges

• Open to learning, developing and trying new things to improve our service

• Confident learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly

• Take pride and ownership in your work, including close attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy work space and always looking for ways to make our customer experience better

  The availability window below shows when we'd expect you to be available to work during the week. Your shifts will be planned within these times and shared with you three weeks in advance. We support flexible working, so even if your availability isn't an exact match but is similar
