Sainsbury’s Talbot Green is seeking a part-time team member for its store in Pontyclun. The role focuses on friendly customer service, shelf replenishment, and assisting with orders during the busy festive period.

You will use digital tools to assist day-to-day tasks and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment. The fixed-term contract runs until 24 December 2026, with a 12-hour week schedule and shift times mainly during early morning hours.

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
